Uğur Yelkenci
Born in 1988, Uğur Yelkenci completed his vocational education at SAE Institute Istanbul, one of the largest international educational institutions in the sector, with a degree in 2014. While he had the opportunity to do an internship at Babylon Taksim during his education, he made his graduation thesis on Mastering Techniques and determined his career goal.
After completing his first job experience as a Stage Technician at Beyoğlu Hayal Kahvesi, one of the most important live performance venues in the country, he continued as a Sound Technician at Kocaeli Hayal Kahvesi, one of the country's largest live performance venues.
After leaving his job here, he took part as a Tonmaister with the Turkish music band Pera in dozens of concerts in more than 10 different cities of the country . Later, he continued his live performance career by working with many different artists, especially Ayhan Sicimoğlu.
Uğur, who took part in more than 300 live performances, made his first album mixing experience in 2016 while continuing his career in live performance. With his first album mastering experience in 2020, he started the career plan process focused on album production, which has been his goal since the first day of his vocational training. With this new process in his career, he contributed to many projects by mixing and mastering. With his passion for his job and his desire to achieve the best possible sound quality in every project, he continues to reflect his knowledge and experience as both a mixing and mastering engineer in projects of record companies or independent musicians.
